E - mail Migration

We have a lots of experience with many aspects of e-mail migration:

Assisting organizations with migrations:
Recently we have been assisting large utility company with migration from PROFS to Exchange Server. We were able to create a totally automated migration process. Intermediate migration files are sent from PROFS via a gateway to a mailbox on one of the servers where our program retrieves the files, completes migration and generates exception reports.

QuickMail Migration
We have developed QuickMail Migration programs that migrate Mail Folders including Attachments, Personal Address Books and Address Groups from QuickMail systems. Our programs can migrate to Microsoft Exchange Server, Lotus Notes or IMAP4 Servers. The programs support both PC and MAC platforms and will migrate both QuickMail PRO and QuickMail LAN versions.

OV/VM(PROFS) to MS Exchange Server Migration
Our company was sub-contracted by Microsoft Corporation to develop OV/VM (PROFS) Migration tools for Microsoft's Exchange Server. These migration tools are included in the Microsoft Exchange Server CD ROM.

Since we have a good knowledge of both OV/VM and Exchange Server, we are able to provide you with invaluable assistance during migration from OV/VM to Exchange Server.

Directory Maintenance and Synchronization
Often organization have master directories of employees, contractors, vendors etc. in different business related databases. With our knowledge of Mail Servers Directory APIs we can help to setup process of automated mail directory updates based on these databases.

With this process in place, there will be no need to create user's Mailbox, NT or UNIX Accounts, RACF profiles: our process will be able to handle it on request or as scheduled task.

Converting E-mail Applications
